Peter began his finance career with NAB as a Business Banking Graduate in 2003. More than 20 years on, he is as passionate as ever about helping customers achieve their dreams and find solutions tailored to meet their personal or business financial goals. Working across Credit, Business Bank, Corporate, Property, and Executive roles, Peter has developed extensive experience across all facets of finance including residential and commercial property, business and goodwill lending, professional services, health/medical, property development, and SMSF clients. In 8 years as a Senior Business Banker with NAB, Peter was awarded Top 100 status four times, demonstrating his ability and experience to deliver when it matters. Peter's most recent role of nearly 4 years was as QLD State Manager for NAB Broker, expanding his people leadership and expertise in the residential space. As a finance broker, Peter's personal and professional approach, combined with his experience and expertise means he has the ability to deeply understand his clients, and seamlessly find the best solutions for them.

Patrick boasts an extensive 27-year tenure as a seasoned finance expert, primarily within NAB, where he held executive positions spanning Retail Bank, Business Bank, and Wealth Management divisions. Throughout his extensive banking career, Patrick consistently prioritised sourcing optimal financial solutions tailored to both individual and business requirements. His track record encompasses aiding diverse clients, ranging from guiding first-time home buyers to collaborating with enterprises on tailor-made residential and commercial lending remedies. Patrick's unwavering commitment revolves around simplifying the intricacies of finance across various lending platforms. These platforms encompass a wide spectrum, including Home Ownership, Business Ventures, Health/Medical, SMSF lending, Professional Services, and Property Development. Leveraging his years of experience, Patrick has cultivated a robust professional network, offering clients an additional advantage by ensuring access to sound advice encompassing areas such as accounting, financial planning, construction, and legal affairs.

Highly motivated, solutions focused and accomplished finance professional, having 25 years banking and finance experience. Based on the Sunshine Coast & Brisbane Qld. In this role, I work and support Pave Financial Solutions finance broker business and be responsible for all aspects of loan processing. This includes entry of loan applications, file management, reviews, lender-business liaison and relationship management. Helping clients get finance for their dream home, first home, investment property or to get them a better deal on their finance needs. I am prepared to deliver exceptional customer service.

With over 26 years in the financial services industry working across three banks, Peter’s experience includes working in Retail and Business Banking, Mortgage Operations, Risk & Compliance and Lean & Transformational change roles. Peter also spent many years as a senior trainer, teaching and coaching individual bankers and teams to continuously improve processes and systems that were key to delivering best practice standards in front line management and customer service. Peter is a self-motivated individual and approachable business leader guided by the value he places on professionalism, persistency and honesty. His experience in strategic leadership and operational management was built from leading and supporting several large customer service and operational business teams. This is the platform upon which Peter gained and shared key insights with leaders in how to run a business effectively & efficiently. Outside the office Peter demonstrates the same passion, care and professionalism as an active member of the State Emergency Services team, willing to focus his efforts on servicing the community.
